Third time’s a charm for Selena Gomez and Teen Vogue, who’ve teamed up once again for the magazine’s biggest issue of the year – the September issue, which features the pop sensation on the cover. She calls her first Teen Vogue shoot back in 2009 “cute” and describes her second cover as “older” and “couture focused”, but the pop-sensation says her latest spread reflects her changing style. “I think the older I’m getting, I’m becoming more relaxed,” she admits. “And I think this kind of expresses it.”
Despite being one half of Hollywood’s most glamorous young couples, Selena says jeans and t-shirts are the most coveted items in her closet – along with sweaters, which is why she is thrilled with this fall shoot. “I was so excited when they had all these sweaters for this cover,” she reveals. “I just love that cozy feeling.”
Balancing comfort and style is key, and that’s why Selena loves working on her “Dream Out Loud” clothing line for K-Mart, calling it, ”a fun way for me to express something else I’m passionate about.”
