Exercise 3: Abs
Today on Rosey’s Bikini Body Challenge we’re tackling your core with an exercise that is perfect for when you’re watching TV. During the commercial break from your favourite show, you can slide off the couch – keeping your neck loose and your tummy tight – and work your abs with simple crunches.
If that’s not challenging enough, or you want to switch it up, try alternate crunches or “bicycles”.
Do the crunches for the 2-3 minute commercial break, resting between sets while your show is on.
