Exercise 2: Alternates
Rosey Edeh has an easy cardio workout that you can do at the office on your break! All you need is a stairwell and your smart phone. Alternate your feet on the bottom stair in a smooth dynamic exercise making sure to keep your knees flowing.
Do 1 minute on, followed by 1 minute of rest, for a total of 10 minutes to get your heart rate up and burn those calories!
