Luckily there’s no ill will between three-time Golden Globe host Ricky Gervais and new co-hosts Tina Fey and Amy Poehler.
Having scared the pants off A-listers as the snarky saucy host, Ricky of course took the passing of the baton as a chance to get a few barbs in. “Good luck to Tina Fey and Amy Poehler at the Golden Globes,” the Brit tells EW. “After failing three years in a row to make… [the] Best Dressed list, I decided to hand over the reins. Let me know if you run out of Scientology gags.”
Earlier this year Ricky announced that he wouldn’t be hosting the Globes again, and the Saturday Night Live alums were named co-hosts on Monday.
The Golden Globes will air live on NBC on January 13, 2013.
