Linda Hamilton will always be remembered as the star of “Terminator 2″, but these days it is rare to see the actress in front of the camera. She spends most of her time on her Maryland farm, far away from the lens. But, we found her back in the spotlight on the set of “Lost Girl” and were able to catch up with her to chat about her return to acting.
“It’s the best way, I find, to get work… is to quit the business,” she reveals to ET Canada. “[I] decided to get real and go home and I wanted to be with my parents who are fading.” And clearly family is the most important thing to Linda, who says she “wanted to be with them in their final years.”
But, she is excited to have a guest stint on “Lost Girl”, playing a mentor to new cast member, Rachel Skarsten, in an episode airing next year. “This show looked like fun and to be kind of wicked, hot and sexy at my age gets rarer and rarer,” she adds while on location in Mississauga, Ontario.
