If you’re ready to ring in the new year with a fitness resolution, funny lady Jessica Holmes is here to help! The Royal Canadian Air Farce Comedienne set-off to the gym with trainer-to-the-stars Joshua Lipsey for some workout tips based around Jessica’s favourite thing… celebrities.
From Joe Bro Kevin Jonas, to Mario Lopez, Joshua has helped shape some of Hollywood’s hottest bods, so he knows all about transforming problem areas into best assets. Among his arsenal is the JLo inspired, “Jenny-firm Lo-press”, a variation of a push-up which he tells Jessica will help to get that perky butt that everyone desires.
With everyone strapped to their cell phones nowadays, Joshua also created the “Core Me Maybe” routine, inspired by Carly Rae Jepsen’s signature pop moves which of course involves a phone, for a fun but firming challenge.
