Once again taking the cover at 46-years-old in December 2012, the model says: “To do a Shape cover now at 46 reminds me that all the hard work and all the times when you work out when you don’t want to… it all pays off.”
But what has changed for the fitness buff is what she gets out of her workouts. “What I really want from fitness now is health and the ability to live my life the way that I want to live it,” she reveals to the mag.
Cindy isn’t a fan of going up and down in weight, recommending women “pick a weight that you can maintain and stay there.” She explains that gaining and dropping five pounds constantly stretches your skin and you lose the elasticity.
