Amanda Bynes is snapped driving around aimlessly on a suspended license for hours while smoking out of what appears to be a marijuana pipe. Photos – obtained by TMZ – show Amanda allegedly taking multiple hits out of a pipe that is made to look like a cigarette lighter from your car.
The star tooled around LA and surrounding areas, seemingly driving without purpose and occasionally cutting off other drivers.
TMZ confirms that Amanda was driving illegally as the DMV suspended her license in late August, which likely isn’t going to look good considering the troubled young actress has been charged with two hit-and-runs.
